Stay Close To Jesus

Scripture

John 10:10 - ”the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”

Observation

“My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow Me,” said Jesus. There will always be “thieves” trying to find an opportunity to steal the sheep. If we have a close relationship with Jesus, stay close to Him. These thieves will not have any opportunity to destroy us. He will guide us to live life to the fullest.

Application

Stay close to the Shepherd. Come to Him daily. Have an intimate relationship with Him. Do not be distracted and wonder off. Pray to him when tempted by the evil one.

Prayer

Father, thank you for your love. Help me to fix my eyes on you. The world is full of distraction and temptation, forgive me for my sin. Strengthen me and give me wisdom to choose the right path. Let your voice guide me to live life to the fullest.
